Most of our residents are retired professionals who have spent decades raising their families, caring for loved ones and maintaining their homes. Despite their freed up schedules, they’ve gotten to a point where they are overwhelmed with household chores, spending too much time alone, and their children are worried about them.
At Goudreau’s Retirement Home, we take care of the details, big and small. We provide home-cooked meals, a laundry service, and your monthly rent covers everything (including utilities). We keep things simple so that you can spend your time on things that matter to you.

Many of our residents have told us they battled anxiety as they made the decision to move. We understand. Change is hard at every age. That’s why we spend extra time up front getting to know people and their families and any particular accommodation they might require that will help them get settled in.
We’re also happy to report that most of our residents also tell us their anxiety was short-lived. We welcome you to personalize your space with your own furniture, decor, and more. We encourage you to bring your car, and we’re delighted to welcome your cats and small dogs. There is a real sense of community here and we look forward to welcoming you into it.
